The business was established in 2013. The therapies and services offered involve change, whether it is an individual or a business I am working with. Change often seems very difficult and it can be hard to achieve on your own. My aim is to find the difference that makes the difference to my client. Everything I do is tailored to the person or business I am working with. I often mix and match the therapies and services so that my client gets the best result for them. For example, Hypnotherapy and NLP work really well together, as does Coaching and Hypnotherapy.

For many of the issues I treat, one session is all that it takes to "fix" the problem. Change really does happen that fast if you are ready for it to happen. Of course, if you feel you need more than one session then that is fine, I'm led completely by my client. There is no "repeat billing" model here, no scripted hypnosis CDs to take home, no "buy 4, get 6" packages.

The business is based in West Lothian. I have a therapy room in my home or, if you wish, client home visits can be arranged. Evening and weekend appointments are available. Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching can be offered via Skype so geography is not necessarily an issue. 

A free initial consultation is offered to discuss what the client wants help with and to make sure what I offer is suitable. I have an excellent network of other therapists and professionals and am happy to make a referral if I think they are better suited to help with a particular problem.
